frank.online is run by Frank Online Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17481990, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. FR^NK is a trading name of Frank Online Ltd. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Frank Online Ltd. You can reach us at [email protected].

What these terms cover

These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses frank.online, including the free read and the trial sign-up. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you start a trial, open a FR^NK account or buy a plan, our Terms of Service apply to that relationship as well, and where the two differ, the Terms of Service win for anything to do with your account.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice. How we use cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both are linked in the footer of every page.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use it for its intended purpose. You must not:

Copy, scrape, crawl or extract content or data from the site by automated means, other than a search engine indexing public pages in the normal way.

Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with how it works.

Introduce malicious code, or use the site to send unsolicited messages or run any unlawful activity.

Use the site in a way that infringes anyone else's rights or breaches any law.

We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaches these terms.

The free read

Where the site offers a free read, score or report on a website, you may only submit a domain you own or are authorised to act for. Results are generated automatically from publicly available information at a point in time. They are indicative, offered for information only, and are not a guarantee of any outcome. Any work email you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

Our content

Everything on the site, including text, design, graphics, code, the FR^NK name and the caret mark, belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view pages and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission. FR^NK is a trading name of Frank Online Ltd.
