THE STORY BEGINS

Why we built : one client, 11 markets, no overview.

exists because our client had multiple markets and needed to see content performance across all of them at once. No tool we paid for could do that. So we built it.

THE CASE STUDY

Vodafone Business V-Hub, 11 markets.

Vodafone had 11 markets and one set of UK keywords trying to speak to all of them. Once each market translated and localised a piece of content, nobody could tell which piece was performing in which market.

That was 1.0. We weren't thinking about a product we could market. We were just trying to solve our client's problem. The rest is right now.

WE CANCELLED OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS

More logins, more seats, more cost.

The romance of one more tool had died a slow death. We realised we weren't getting more done, we were losing time and money spotting the gaps and making the numbers make sense.

We got tired of looking outside for a solution when we'd already built one. We cancelled everything, switched fully to , and started building on every functionality we actually needed. If you can't find it, build it.

WHAT WE GAINED

A solution for our client. An opportunity for our agency.

Vodafone now has the individual market insight and content uptake they'd never had. We have a working product that has developed and evolved into a go to market platform. 's new but has already come so far.

Vodafone gained a solution that gives them insight across all of their markets resulting in real content uptake. We've gained a tool that actually replaces our tech stack. 's young but has revolutionised the way we and our client work. That told us we were ready to go to market.

WHAT WE GAVE UP

The sure thing. The brand name. The fall back plan.

Betting on and cancelling the big subscriptions meant giving up the backlink history, the market presence, and the safe choice. It was a trade off we were willing to make because we were confident in what we'd built.

WE ARE CUSTOMER ZERO

We run our own visibility on .

From a brand new domain with no authority. We will publish the score as it moves.
